To flourish the activities of team in a challenging environment, BRAC Enterprises is looking for dynamic and potential sales personnel for the following enlisted position at BRAC Printing Pack.

 

Officer, Sales (BRAC Printing Pack)

Job Responsibilities:

Must be target oriented, Planning and take initiatives to achieve the sales target.
Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients as per policy.
Responsible for ensuring timely product delivery to the clients.
Prepare and finalize sales and collection forecast with necessary analysis and comparison.

Possess drive to increase sales and achieve targets by utilizing all opportunities.
Market visit, new client hunt, creating market opportunity and report to authority.
Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients.

Provide prompt and on time services to customers.
Educational Requirements: The candidates must have Bachelor/ Graduation in any discipline or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations, but the commerce/ business background students will get preference.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 02 years of experience in related field.

Additional Job Requirements:

 

Any other additional responsibilities assigned supervisor.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years

Salary Range: Negotiable

Upazila Manager, IDP (Contractual)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

 

Direct project implementation through the preparation of work plans of project staff based from project action plan
Ensure that unit management, administrative and financial structures are maintained by all field staffs
Ensure that project activities, outputs and impacts are rigorously monitored and reported

Prepare and manage the project budget
Ensure that project training imparted to VDO members, local vendors, lead producers, entrepreneurs and value chain actors as well as training materials provided are of the highest quality possible
Develop project interventions to ensure that women receive equal opportunity to develop women – led enterprises

Serve as a responsive and proactive focal point of the upazila team for communication with donor and BRAC
Coordinate the work of project staffs
Communicate the results of the project effectively and persuasively to the donor

Develop, coach and mentor team members to stimulate professional growth
Endorse, support and administer BRAC’s code of conduct
Lead staff to implement project activities and to ensure timely delivery of results of the project

Educational Requirements: M.S / M.SC / B.SC in Agriculture or MBA from any recognized University with minimum second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division / class or below CGPA is acceptable

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3 years

Additional Job Requirements:

Work experience in National / International NGOs
Good interpersonal skills & flexibility / creatively to work independently and within a dynamic environment, across teams and partners.

Skill on communication and an ability to write in the national languages and in English
Good facilitation and anchoring skill, ability to organize dialogues, plan, priorities work according to deadlines, manage budgets and projects

Ability to plan and implement agricultural value chain activities and marketing of agro product by small holder farmers
Age Range: Maximum 45 years

Assistant Manager, Motor Workshop

 

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Supervise the jobs of the mechanics
Provide technical guidance for automobile servicing
Prioritize of defect form to execute the job
Distribution of repairing jobs among mechanics
Prepare job card against defect report

 

Prepare requirement of spares/materials for necessary repair/maintenance
Attending in auction process for any kind of disposal in workshop also attend for vehicle disposal auction
Analyze repair cost and provide decision to the mechanics on diagnose vehicles

Prepare different kind of report on vehicle maintenance
Educational Requirements: Diploma in Automobile Engineering

Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Age Range: Maximum 40 years

Salary Range: Negotiable
